Making a self-learning chatbot

​In this technical report we will describe and discuss how to make a self-learning chatbot by making use of the AI Engine of IBM Watson. Self-learning means that it does not need external help when it comes to training the system. We illustrate about what the problems with chatbots are and how to solve those problems by making them smarter with offering good user experiences. We will discuss the different kind of API’s and services Watson provides to make a chatbot with learning capabilities. Further, we describe how you can get started with making an IBM Watson chatbot easily and efficiently to make your first chatbot.
